Performance System Memory: Memory Read Test
For our memory tests are split up into copy, write, and latency. We use 5200 MHz on the memory subsystem throughout all tests and benchmarks. For DDR5 a value that will be equal for both AMD and Intel systems when tested.
DDR5 offers tons of memory bandwidth, however, at CL40 the latency is currently rather big. We configured the system memory at 5200 MHz, however, 5400 MHz was applied, likely a BIOS issue. We continued with 5400 MHz (CL40).
