DX12: FCAT Frame Experience Analysis Ashes Of Singularity

Ashes Of Singularity Frame Experience Analysis

Above, the percentile chart of a 31-second recording @ 2560x1440. Here we plot FPS and place it in relation to percentiles. We do have DirectX 12 enabled again.

  • 50% of the time measured frames is averaging out at 100 FPS, so that is the average framerate (higher = better).

Now, for AOTS SLI mode does not kick in. However, it has a DX12 Multi-GPU mode that I enabled. And typically DX12 Multi-GPU opens up a can of worms.

So yeah, this is not SLI, this is DX12 Multi-GPU. As you can see, it works, kinda ... but there is a bunch of micro-stuttering recorded. Frames are all out of pace. Interestingly enough, looking at the benchmark scene run visually, I cannot see or detect it with my eyes.
