Oy bloke ... that is looking bloody familiar ! There literally is no difference between the POV and NVIDIA reference card, except the cooler shim.

Again we can observe a sexy single slot design cooling design and again, the DVI connectors are both Dual-Link DVI. So you can hook up two extremely high resolution Dell 30" monitor's if you wanted to. We only have one but it'll suffice for this test :)

BTW do you see that little chip just sitting there in front of the cooler ...  that's an Atmel EEPROM. And my expectations where right. This card is fully HDCP compatible. More on that in the conclusion though.

The reason you need to hook up the card to the PSU is that the PCI-Express bus only can deliver 75 Watts, you'll need roughly 90 Watts.
