GEIL
GEIL was showing off new memory, but more interestingly their new EVO1. At CeBIT 2006 GeIL introduced its take on the DDR2 evolution - the EVO 1 series. The idea of it is that memory modules are powered by an external source. This enables to adjust voltage by software means to improve stability at overclocked rates.
As a result enthusiasts get another tool for increasing the general performance of their systems. Oh and for the mainstream market GeIL offers new DDR2-667 dual channel kits.
