At Gigabyte I had an appointment with the lovely Brenda. Brenda showed me around at the huge Gigabyte stand where all new products where displayed. Among them a GA-8KNXP Ultra-64 Pentium 4 processors with 800MHz FSB, dual-channel DDR400 ECC support, 64-bit PCI-X interface, int. Gigabit LAN and Ultra320 SCSI based mainboard, GA-8ANXP-D which is a board for Socket T Pentium 4 (LGA775) processors with 800MHz FSB, DDR2-400/533 ECC support, PCI Express 16x and PCI Express 1x interface, GA-8GPNXP-Duo is a mobo for Socket T Pentium 4 (LGA775) processors with 800MHz FSB. Supports both DDR400 and DDR2-400/533, has a dual power system, PCI Express 16x and PCI Express 1x slot and even GA-8I915G Pro which is designed for Socket T Pentium 4 (LGA775) processors with 800MHz FSB. Based on Grantsdale int. version, supports dual-channel DDR400, has PCI Express 16x and PCI Express 1x slots, 7.1-channel Azalia audio.

Gigabyte also displayed a Socket 939 Athlon 64 processor mainboard which sports dual-channel DDR400, has a dual power system, Gigabit LAN and 8-channel audio. I assure we'll definitely review a few of these boards. High quality products from a high-quality company.

Now we'll move up a bit and hey that's ... the Guru3D.com editor's choice. I have to admit it's kind of funny to see the logo in a huge format on a stand.

Anyway, as explained Gigabyte was displaying really a lot of their current and upcoming products, among them the new wireless .g 54/108 Mbit/sec product which we just reviewed.

Gigabyte amongst others have grabbed the standard wireless g protocol that has been quite widely adopted now, and set it up in dual port arrangement. The short of it is, we have a theoretical 108Mbps (13.5Mbyte/s). Thats twice as much as anything on the market., a huge amount of new mainboards, server products, coolers etc etc. And also some new technology like fingerprint ID access for the windows login. For now we'll stick to the Graphics cards. As this article is starting to take up way too much of my time already. Let's have a look at their gallery of graphics cards:
