Performance - Ethernet (LAN 1 up-to 10 Gigabit)
Next, to WIFI performance, the new trend is faster Ethernet. In the coming years, we'll slowly transition from 1 Gigabit towards 10 Gigabit connections, with 2.5 and 5 Gbps available as well. We have invested in a 10 Gigabit infrastructure to test with. We start with the 1 Gigabit connector.

2.5 Gigabit per second (Realtek embedded LAN)
While we did not reach a full 2.5 Gbps overall we still averaged out a flat and incredibly steady 2.37 Gigabit. To translate that performance, we move a 297 MB/sec of sustained data here.
