NVIDIA has not released a founders edition graphics card of the GeForce RTX 4060 8GB. Today we'll test with the ASUS DUAL OC Edition model. The design incorporates dual-slot thickness and dual fans. The card is equipped with more premium "Axial-tech" fan, featuring dual fans for efficient cooling. The GeForce RTX 4060 model boasts 8GB of GDDR6 memory and a wide 128-bit memory bus. To power this graphics card, it is recommended to have a minimum 450 power supply, although the realistic power consumption of the Founder Edition card is around ~100W. Board partners have more flexibility in terms of TGP allowance, which may result in higher wattage for their specific models.
The RTX 4060 is now released in June; Nvidia stated that this card will be priced at $299 (USD MSRP). The RTX 4060 Ti with 16GB of memory is set to launch in July.
