I mean, finally they've gotten the right idea and go for monoblocks on mainboards too, but... this thing looks like Michael Bay rebooted it into an RGB transformer.

Okay.... That's a damn nice looking sexy piece of hardware there!
*Even tho you can go for a different mobo with solid vrms + a monoblock at probably half the price..

Do you plan a test/review of the Aorus Z390 Xtrem board soon ?

Good VRW on this one I assume. Most of these Z390 boards are not good when parred with a 9900k at full tilt. Buyers should beware. Frankly, buyers are insane buying a 9900k anyways. Too much $$.

Porno-board Super nice but 700€??? No one has one more to give me? ahahahaha

Actually this time around(Z390) most mid-end and upwards Gigabyte boards have the best or some of the best and high praised vrms.

And the reason behind such an improvement on design from Gigabyte can probably be attributed to the whole Z370 Gaming 7 vrm heatsink issues and some others like bad reception of Z370 Ultra Gaming rev1.0 etc.
Similarly to what happened with EVGA's gpu cooler issues(ACX iirc) where they revised/replaced it with the much improved ICX.

Damn, what a badass board.

What do I do when CPU or chipset block corrodes? Buy a new MB? I am pretty sure that Gigabyte will blame wrong liquid for it. (Like any other manufacturer would.)
So any idea what is expected lifetime of that cooling? I guess it is much shorter than amount of time someone who buys it expects as it will be likely paired with damn good CPU too. (Which will not become obsolete any time soon.)

Hmm, 700€... Thats what my tripple 280mm rad,EK monoblock for Z370 Strix, EK D5 res/pump watercooling setup cost in total 🙂

@jura11 : Very long post for denying and confirming same thing. Go check youtube or google. Anyway, even AIOs get goo in between fins and in radiators. So it is not like it is preventable or you claim to be above all those manufacturers and have miracle.
Only way to keep liquid cooling clean and without any kind of damage is to have fluid which is not able to do ion transfer. But if such fluid exists, it would be super expensive.
I bet you heard about distilled water being non-conductive. It will not remain as such for long inside liquid cooling loop due to ion exchange. Any chemical addition to H2O will not prevent this because it is still H2O.
