Is it possible to do a CELAN INSTALL by the media creation tool?

I've updated to Windows 10 on the gaming PCs and would have updated the old PCs too if I didn't have to reinstall everything (don't like to do in-place upgrades)
Even if one doesn't have any DX12 games now, Windows 10 is also supporting all DX11 revisions, whereas Win7 is stuck at 11.0. Games using the Frostbite 3 engine are benefiting from DX11.1.
Vulkan is also supposed to be better on Windows 10 than on 7.

Well, I used kinguin and upgraded my W7U laptop to Win10 pro.
I have now played the 2 games I wanted, Forza Apex and Killer Instinct (free atm, haven't spent any money). Also, tested Forza Horizon 3 (verdict is out atm while I tweak this laptop).
I can happily report that fps-wise; Apex and KI work near perfectly using i7 3920xm and GTX680m. (good enough to spend money? Probably).
On the other hand, today I thought that FH3 was broken so deleted it to reinstall, then, I checked Xbox live service and found it was actually down (face-palm).
Anyway, I haven't spent any money in the store yet, but, what I can say is there's some content there and it's actually fun to see mobile games like Sonic Dash, Beach Buggy Racing, Asphalt Extreme, Lego Pull-back Racers 2.0 etc on PC. These apps appealed to my 5yr old son straight away. If my laptop had a touch-screen, he surely would be totally fine with using it.
His enthusiam really bought it home; kids don't care about the os. It's the apps he knows that got him interested and not the fact it's windows. After seeing and playing Apex, we both agreed it looked awesome and he agreed it's best he's seen. In his own words "better than ipad".
However, the platform is no where near mature yet and so is relatively sparse compared to Android and ios. I'm actually suprised by this considering the millions of users on W10. App ports to desktop W10 seems to be slow. If they could get many more apps in the store, then, I think there's an audience waiting in the wings. Mario Run on W10? That'll be the day...
Anyway, my verdict; good, will get better, glad to have tried it, not quite essential yet. Later adoption has meant some critical bugs for my hardware have been fixed.

Honestly anyone who hasn't upgraded yet should do so, assuming all their hardware is properly support. ASRock were real ****ters about updating the driver for my motherboard, I don't think they even released all the Ethernet drivers, the 3rd party manufacturer of the port's chipset did.

The Windows 10 thing (update and oem) is a bit different, since it pairs to your hardware and account - you can view the devices that are associated with your microsoft account on their site.
Also, many licences that you buy (doesn't matter if it's directly from the ones that made it) are basically saying you can use it, not that you own it.

That MCT irritates me. When I try to get a new ISO it always gives me the stinking 32 bit version. When a new build comes out I always have to suffer through contacting MS to get a real Pro ISO. I wish they would dump their tool in the toilet and just post the darn ISOs.

I have windows 10 64bit pro working on my main gaming pc. Not a bad windows for free. Wifes laptop has windows 10 also. Other then one crash on my gaming pc windows 10 has been great. Just wish developers would catch up though with their game clients.

And like stated above, if you actually had the CD-Key for windows 7 or 8, you can still install them with that CD-Key.
Love the misinformation around here.
Do you work for nvidia? No? Didn't think so. So speaking out of where the sun don't shine? Yes? thought so.
If you have problems with windows 10 and games, honestly, that's your system. I play more games then you can possibly imagine, across 4 different windows 10 computers, and have only hit 2 games that liked windows 7, and not 10. All the rest either work just as fine, or better. So before you start making accusations that gaming is worse on windows 10, how about you explain, what games and what problems, so that we may tell you that it's your PC?
How about, people who don't want to be left in the dust, people who don't want to pay full price for windows 10 when it's inevitably required to run many programs they want/use features of hardware/etc., and people who find out they can't live in the past when it comes to electronics, that's not how electronics work.
Same boat, hated windows 8 with a passion, but windows 10 has been nothing but good to me and any annoyances i have had, i have been able to disable or change easily without messing with the OS's code or installing 3rd party programs to add it (i'm speaking to you, windows 8 start button)
What are you talking about?

Your old os must be able to work because W10 allows you to roll-back to previous os if it's an upgrade install (although, I haven't tested this).
However, regarding Nvidia driver bugs, that's gpu/system dependent. Had I tried to install w10 on my optimus laptop even just 2-3months ago, I would've had problems getting gpu to work properly for what I wanted to test.
If I'd done it this time last year, then, for the last 10months or so, it wouldn't have worked properly for gaming and forget DX12 like FH3. 2015 was a no go for almost all optimus owners as well, many bugs os+drivers. This issue has only been solved relatively recently. There are still issues so I wouldn't say it's fully fixed either.
