very nice gpu, wish it was a desktop card too.it should have been the real 3070Ti,with more cuda and instead of just using g6x on the same die.
anyway, this is a pretty awesome spec for a mobile gpu.

pushing more tdp to a segment that is very tdp limited bring em closer to the desktop counterparts ? who knew ! ? !!!

On a somewhat related note, it's pretty impressive how much you can reduce an RTX 3000 GPU's power consumption while not losing that much performance. They're really inefficient at stock settings

battery be rinsed, table be burnt.
my laptop with an i7 8750h and 1070 arent the coolest by any means, i wonder how warm these get.

And here I am thinking 65W for an entire laptop is too much.
What's even the point of this? With the amount of cooling and power delivery necessary, it isn't going to function as a laptop anymore, let alone be portable.

doesn't mention tdp for the 1070
if that's 140-150w in this cheapo slim laptop then a 175w card with something beefier would be fine.
though, like schmidt said, hard to cosier this a portable device anymore.
