It can also interfere with some games. Divinity Original Sin 2 was crashing with it on.

I am guessing here that a news outlet just discovered this Windows 10 feature or presented it as a tip and then other news outlets just report it as news instead of like a tech tip. If you look at the author of Tom's Hardware article on this, he states that he didn't know about this feature and he found out about it from a Forbes article. Technically it is not news since news, and I quote dictionary.com, is "a report of recent events'. It certainly isn't recent but if someone didn't know about it, it's new for them. Shh... bro don't spit out such statements or your might be flagged as crazy... You know something is wrong when you see 3 microsoft unintersting/unimportant news stacked per page + and win 10 coupon AD. Oh well ... Edit on post: A malware antivirus to protect a malware OS from being infected with other ransomware. The irony in this one is over 9K.
