The File Explorer bug is still present. Not as bad, but still happens. Task Manager still shows CPU usage as 100% when (first) opened for a few seconds.

Using StartAllBack and the context menu works fine even after updating.

Installed this update and now I can't clone the screen to the OLED TV. Le sigh.
