Based on the prices on Newegg and and the almost exact margin difference comparing the G-DRIVE Pro SSD 4TB(Enterprise class ssd) vs G-SPEED Shuttle SSD(normal ssd) I would say they are using Samsung drives. I could be wrong tho and this is of course pure speculation.
