Yep, same with SURVARIUM game which uses same Anti-cheat system "EasyCheat"
but you won't get banned, it's just your MSI afterburner won't run in the game.

RTSS 6.3.0 was not distributed as a stand alone version, it is a part of MSI Afterburner 4.1.0/4.1.1 distributive. If you absolutely need to get that old version, you may temporarily install version 4.1.x of MSI AB, find RTSS 6.3.0 installer in .%MSIAfterburner%\Redist\ folder and save it somewhere then use it as stand alone installer if necessary. However, personally I don't think that it is a good idea to downgrade it to 2 years old version just because of one game. I'd better wait for EasyAntiCheat update.

Looks like adding "-eac_launcher" is all that is required for toggling Easy Anti Cheat off. 🙂
(And yes that's actually the same forced command-line parameter when you start the game, somehow having it twice shuts EAC down in-game and allows processes like Afterburner to interact with the game again without being blocked.)

Ubisoft could patch this though (Rather they'd patch in a launch option for if you want to start with or without EAC when starting the game though like some other software using this solution does it.) but for now it's working fine though with the caveat of also disabling online functionality almost completely.
EDIT: Rewrote the post, hopefully it's a bit better now.

I just received a response from EAC. They said they are currently working on white-listing RTSS that it will be fixed in the next game update.
