Imagening this on a desktop, one wouldn't need any form of DDR ram on top. Awesome. Ofcourse this aren't desktop cpu's.
I reckon the 64GB HBM model, the CPU alone, costs as much as a few 3090s (street price, not the mythological MSRP).

The fact it's a Xeon Processor, the budget CPU will cost as much as a 3090 I wouldn't be surprised to see it far above $5000 like 7-10k as it will most likely be a data centre processor.

When saw HBM2e thought "can it play Skyrim with 8K texture mods" then realised is CPU 😀
