Personally, I really enjoyed the location setting in Far Cry 5. It was very immersive with a great soundtrack.

Well, hope it will be something like Far Cry 2.
Undying
Do a Far Cry 1 remake.

I thought people liked FC5 since it felt different than FC4 which was a copy of FC3 but in mountainous areas.

I enjoyed Far Cry 5. I finished the story and was delighted with it. I didn't come back to do the arcade stuff, the side missions nor did I bother with the DLC but overall felt it was a good complete game. I suspect people's primary dislike for it came from the story, which I thought was interesting enough as it was.
Can't please everyone though.

Hmmmmm I really liked the formula in 3 and 4, both on the 5 it started to slowly stagnate, although the settings was interesting and theme's it explored were really linked to the real world and its view's on religion. If this turn's out to be truth, I hope that they change formula again....we shall see.......we shall see...........

Never played the previous ones, but loved the location and settings in FC5. Will probably pick the next one up, love the sandbox world they created.

Unless they overhaul the brain-dead AI of the enemies, they can keep it.

What are the chances it will once again have nothing to do with Far Cry

Am I the only one who wants another prehistoric game? Far Cry Primal was the only one I liked, almost entirely because of the setting.

The best year for those who don't really work or study. So many games for lazy folks to play. 🙄

The entire FC franchise needs a serious overhaul or just needs to die.

At this point they could probably do a version of Dear Esther with a bit more interaction options LOL...so a Hebridean setting...some vagrant polar bears...penguins ...with lasers...nvm 😕

I'm looking forward to it, i didn't finish most FC games but i did with FC5 and FC1+2. Although i didn't liked the part with the monsters in FC1.

I always thought that FarCry was a game with a weak plot but fairly rich open environment. I think I enjoyed FC5 more than FC4 (only two that I have played) but I'd say both had a pretty outlandish plot with 4 being almost pointless. The ending of 5 sort of ruined the story for me but overall was better than 4. Idk, at the end of the day they are videogames so the plot doesn't have to make sense I guess.
