and for the anglicized it's rumour
Intel HAS contracted for 7n(m) and 5n(m)
the only Contracts issued (to date) for 3n(m) are with Apple and AMD.
this doesn't come out the week AFTER an earnings call. it comes out before as it stokes investor interest in both companies.

So next year we will get 5nm Ryzen 4, still beating intel until late 2022 when intel will bounce back with TSMC 3nm.
