Actually it is 1.21 patch. At lest 1.21 is shown both by GOG Galaxy and in game menu

Very nice patch! Not only a greatly improved UI but I also noticed a small performance boost 😀 I created a small video explaining where to find the newly added gwent tome here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ned00JWDW2M Beware that the tome only tells how many cards are missing per region and not exactly where to find them. Still It might be a huge help for those wanting to complete the gwent cards achievement 😉
