Oh yes. The G700 is such a fine mouse, I wish it had that pinky rest/button as well. And why not some more thumb buttons as well? The more, the better. 🙂

I prefer a simple mouse with no side buttons, I feel like they just get in the way and can be pressed by accident. I had a Razer Mamba and exchanged it for a Kinzu v2, much better. The problem wasn't just the side buttons, but it just didn't feel right in the hand and couldn't get used to it after months of using it. So in my opinion, the less buttons, the better.

Really? i have the G502 with also such a thumb button, but i hate it. And frankly everyone that i know that tried the mouse hated it too. The "sniper" button they added is way too sensitive and your thumb rests on it. Does the G700/G600 has that too? Cause that's a good reason to not upgrade for me...

That and 6 thumb buttons would put it right up to par with most MMO mice, without putting an entire keyboard where the thumb is.
