Still 1Gbs on enterprise level NAS. Would be nice to see 2,5 Gbs or 10Gbs. Even better, offering upgrade cards for higher speeds. But I understand, the price and the nowadays situation can let a manufacturer do so much. And at this price, it's easier to buy an start using a NAS. Doing computers repairs and technical support on business premises revealed that so many still don't have a NAS or even a back up system in place.
