If it really does use some kind of crazy advanced patented cooling system, then that would actually be negative point versus ram that runs reliably without exotic cooling.

Der8auer recently did a video on ram cooling and basically nobody is doing any real special cooling with ram. They would need to go with active cooling to actually get more performance.
