Just last week there was a fire very close to TSMC's 5nm fab. Imagine some disaster or earthquake leveling that!

Any excuse is good enough to raise prices. I'm starting to get the feeling the industry is now just straight up looking for the ceiling and is continually surprised there doesn't seem to be one.

The dog ate my homework... prices higher?
Mars is in a strange elliptical orbit.... prices higher?
Honestly the entire industry is just pulling a fast one at this stage and making up excuses to increase profits.

The bubble bursted open a long time ago.
We will never have the same prices again, at least in the foreseeable future.
Who really knows what will happen.
For now, we are better finding another hobbies, less expensive and at the whim of big tech giants.
Who I am kidding, everything seems to increase in price lately.
