read on a couple of amazon reviews that the tube burst across their rig, due to pressure on the tempered glass, any issues like that?

I like the engineering on this revision. Tempered glass imho is the only way to go considering longevity. All the parts in this are proven with the only variables being QC and shipping. Given that this is 10-20 bux less than the Corsair H100i platinum and the NZXT H62 anyone can get to the next tier of performance. and those in hotter climates can easily add extra rads.

What is different here as compared with other AIOs is the option to expand the loop. If the tubing isn’t long enough, you can change it. Don’t like the block? You can change it too. If you want to upgrade the fittings, you can do that as well, since the H240 X3 uses G ¼ fittings.

no leaks even overclocks but the heatsoak is real with 2 Noctua NF-F12 fans lol. also straight water no corrosion yet so when i choose the case ill use the older version for front intake with the gfx and this one with the cpu also waiting on theadripper 3 before finalizing anything

Trident-Z (which are relatively tall) did fit without a problem with Z390-E Strix and Phanteks Evolv X, I had no issues there. I can't see a photo (from photo shoots) presenting it in a more suitable way.

Hi there You are probably read older reviews of the Swiftech AIO which has suffered by this, newer are improved, coolant there is Mayhems Pastel I think and tubing is Mayhems Clear tubing which is very cheap to replace Friend have one but he have H360 X3 which cools like GPU and CPU, he replaced CPU waterblock for Heatkiller IV Pro and GPU block have on his RTX 2080Ti Bykski and no issues, although I still would add extra 240mm radiator to loop Hope this helps Thanks, Jura

Hi there I would say pump would be more than enough for two radiators and two blocks(CPU+GPU) but don't expect high flow rate Not sure how restrictive CPU block is, maybe replacing for lower restrictive block you will gain a bit, GPU waterblocks are mostly not as restrictive(unless you are using Alphacool waterblock) and for extra radiator there are several good low restriction radiators Heatkiller planning release of AMD Ryzen 3xxx specific waterblock which should improve temperatures a but what I heard and what I know Hope this helps Thanks, Jura

Hi there 240mm radiator is just not enough for cooling ThreadRipper 1950x and Vega64, you should consider add extra radiator it would lower water temperature and delta T, if you are running both then I would suggest get something along the lines of MO-ra3 360mm or 420mm as external radiator, it works beautifully on my loop Hope this helps Thanks, Jura

I've had the H240X and H240X2 prestige for several years and think they're awesome. Replaceable tubing and expandable design means you can easily add in another radiator, as I did. They gave me the confidence to dabble further in water cooling, which I never got from using AIOs such as the Corsair H60, H70, H100 which I've put in other systems. I've not seen any corrosion or leakage, and the fittings are all still good 3+ years on. Prior to putting in a formidable hard-tubing set up, I used the H240X2 with a HeatKiller Pro IV TR edition water block, cooling a 2950X and it seemed fine. The only things I could point to as a negatives, and I'm no expert in this field is that the flow rate was low compared to the D5 pumps. Under load, the D5 will run twice the flow rate of the H240X2's pump. Using a flow meter, the H240X2 ranged from 70-125 l/hr while the D5 ranges from 90-280 l/hr in my loop. Also, you could only run fans in Push or Pull configuration - not both. My wife now has the H240X2 strapped to a 5930K, with new tubing, blue coloring and blue RGB lighting everywhere and it looks great.

I think it'll be a great alternative to the evga hybrid cooler for people to get a 240mm on their 2080's.

I really like what I see here , very good performance too , and no cheap and nasty aluminium radiator , the bigger 360 version would be my choice.

yeah its just a temporary setup to get it tested and if i dont oc its fine has my elgato in it and runs my davichi no probs

I had the original Corsair H100, but that was some time ago, and I think the temperatures were pretty comparable to the original H240X I replaced it with (which was a 280mm radiator), I did expect a drop in temperature which I don't think I saw. The AIOs are all pretty good - but they lack the ability to expand by incorporating a GPU water block, an additional radiator - or simply change the colour of the fluid to make your system look cooler!

I just built a PC with that H100x, and now I realised it's the only AIO I've encountered, after having experience with 4 previously, with a pump that I can hear over the sound of all the fans in the PC. I thought the noise was coming from the infamous X570 chipset fan, but it's the bloody pump. I'll have to ponder whether to try to contact the store. Can't say I'd be happy with it.
