Looks like great fun. I liked the hit/lock/drop/stomp combo on the guy near the exploding car. I will be looking out for this.

Bah, the real 2D Streets of Rage Remake that was made by fans and being forced by Sega to be pulled down was more entertaining and high quality to boot.
