pretty well done, i must point out, the satellite dish is pointing in the wrong direction. otherwise well done. can you imagine what the original trilogies would have been like if they had even a modern day desktop back then

Yes, instead of being classic, genre defining films that used revolutionary special effects they would be just another crap CGI-fest that looks dated 3 years after release.

^ This I agree with the http://redlettermedia.com/plinkett/star-wars/ reviews. It isn't that CGI is bad, they just overused the unnecessary living **** out of it. Backgrounds, entire sets, characters- everything CGI. The original films just showed that they did a lot more with a lot less available on the computer side of things. And with a lot smaller budget too.

what i mean is 'shot for shot' exact same thing only done with cg, i mean some of the matting and detail is lacking. they did the best they could, fair enough, but when you start seeing this on HD (eventually 4k) it will start to show up. remember what i said, shot for shot, exact same stuff. btww, i am sure most of you are aware of 'star wars revisited'...

'star wars revisited'...
Lucas is just milking the crap out of it, Angry Joe did a review on it over a year ago, funny as hell.

Yes your right i just took alook. Lots of cosmetic changes. I was referring to the old movies being re-released in 3D soon! Lucas is milking it and i know that but ill still go watch them. I watched Return of the Jedi in 1983 three times in one day back when i was 8 years old. I just hid with my cousin behind the seats until the new crowd came in. Good old times!

There has been so many rehashes of the original Trilogy that the original format that they were filmed in are actually rare and sought after nowadays.

Ah yes, back in the good old days where harmless pranks were tolerated and people lived in freedom in a democratic republic. Try that these days and the Emperor Of The Cineplex will declare you to be rebel scum and then exile you to the harsh and unforgiving wasteland know as "The Sidewalk."
