I did swipe up an 500GB Samsung 960 EVO 2 weeks ago for only 120 euro.
I remember them being double just half a year ago.

Well I've yet to use a MX300 1050GB I grabbed at some amazon sale more or less recently. Kind of... feels like we hit the same sale 😀

Bought a 1 TB 860 Evo for €239 a couple of weeks ago, pretty reasonable.

Yeah, good SSD 1Tb is now down to ~ 200€.
Nvme is still a bit expensive though.. ok'ish 500GB variant is ~200€.

They are dropping indeed, but I wouldn't call it "significantly".
I've been monitoring some 1TB drives for a while and while they are sloooowly creeping towards 200 Eur, they are still quite expensive.
But yes, if you compare with 1 year ago, the drop is significant. It just didn't happen right now.

Doesn't look like a "drop" at all. More of a correction.
The 860 however is also dropping, making it slightly cheaper now than 850. Interesting ?

Nice I might have to dig out the credit card and start buying from the U.S. as we're still getting shafted on prices here 500GB 860 pro is still over $340NZD here even with the exchange rate it still works out cheaper from the U.S. than to buy local

Yes I noticed this in the latest Bestbuy weekly flier, they have an Evo 1TB for 249.99... I thought it was a typo.

they have come down, 500 gb from roughly 100$, still to pricey, let me know when i can get the 1TB for 100$ or less
