Which makes for faster larger capacity drives an brings prices down so all for it, interesting that down to 16nm already. Be interesting to see write endurance levels for these 16nm NAND flash chips.

they will lie as always. No NAND manufacturer in their sane mind will tell us on white paper exactly how and when a chip will actually die.

Theirs few sites out there testing ssd endurance of samsung 840 pro/evo, kingston 3k.. think they hit 200TB of writes so far, an still no drives showing signs of failing yet.

i know,i am not bashing their quality ,i am just pissed off that they always come up with numbers and never reveal exactly the real deal. they give you a wide margin and tests.but nothing goes on white paper. listen to Scott Moulton presentation about NAND http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC337FACBF12BDCE2 sorry for going overboard with this
