Yes, but vending machines do not need boxes and such design. Usually MB is screwed directly to machine itself. Or box has rails and slides into place. This one is really weird.

I had something like this in the past, it was good. But this isn't consumer model, the 8 serial ports should be a give away, it's to be used as an embedded controller for, something. Speaking of, where the hell is the 8th serial port hiding?
