Why isn't it 320 bit memory like the GTX570, because it has exactly 8x more VRAM than a 570. Doesn't that mean nVidia have created another VRAM mess?

I can't wait for the 80Ti to come out, looking forward for a review, but €900 is way to much imo.

Yah it would HAVE to be 320bit if it actually has 10GB ram. 10 Memory Controllers x 32-bit = 320bit Memory Bus 320bit bus x 10,000Mhz / 8 = 400GB/sec Bandwidth

Well something is possibly wrong somewhere then... 10GB ram and 384-bit doesn't match up. With GDDR5X using 1GB chips and using 32-bit memory controllers.. You'll need 12 memory controllers to get 384-bit. That would leave 2 of the memory controllers connected to nothing if you have 10GB memory total. The only way I can see that happening if they use smaller memory size for 4 of the memory chips... so 8 x 1GB and 4 x 512MB. I don't think Nvidia has done a memory setup like that before. So I find it kinda unlikely we'll see that. I'd guess that product description is incorrect. Either the memory size is incorrect or the memory bus is listed wrong.

I had a feeling the price was going to be around $899.99. Which means the second hand coolers are going to be $950.00 or more. Not a reasonable price if true! I'm glad I pulled the trigger on a GTX1080 for 599.99 when I did.

Why is that as soon as new NVIDIA Card surfaces everyone jumps on the Memory Interface?

I was hoping with the release of this card the others would get a price cut but it looks like they will increase prices again of the top end and keep everything els high... Looks like it'll be a while befor I can upgrade.

I was planning on selling my 1080 if a Ti came out and put up the extra cash but is it worth it if it's 950.00?

that prices and then thought of them doing ano GPU with memory speed issue?? did they not learn from **** storm and them being sued and have pay out to end users from the last attempt? Then again they not hurting for money so the money they make off will more then cover them if they sued and have to pay out again.

You guys are talking like the price is confirmed, i can't wait for Nvidia to announce it.
https://forums.guru3d.com/data/avatars/m/73/73680.jpg
Yah i love how everyone goes NUTS over completely rumored specs!! There is no memory speed issue and price is not confirmed yet! And it's not split memory even if it has 10GB it's just likely it's 320bit bus.. unless that shipping manifest is completely wrong and it actually has 12GB same as the Titan.

weather it is rumor or turn out true it irrelvent to me, that prices something I would never pay for gpu I wont even pay asking prices for 1070 let alone the 1080 or higher tier cards, Seeing in years or 2 times there will be cards that out perform those 500-800$+ cards that cost 250$ imo it never been worth pay those prices for GPU not at rate there performance increases.

so where are all those peops at that were stating that a TI wasn't going to happen? It was always going to happen.. you don't need a confirmation, some things are just obvious. Can't wait to get my hands on one!

I'd love it if some day Nvidia would announce everything at once, so that people who get an -80 card don't get screwed when they then want a ti card, but I guess they like making money while screwing people

They definitely like making money.... as for the screwing part, well, I think that as long as it brings them more money they like that too. As a consumer it would be very nice if they would release a "likely roadmap" for each new generation of GPUs. However, I can't see them doing something like that if they believe (accurately so) that it would lower their bottom line. :/

I'm not sure how they are screwing anyone. It's totally up to the consumer what they buy, surely you buy something if you feel it's worth it, not well I'll buy it even though something better will come making it not worth it. If you can't resist the new shiny thing then who's fault is that?

At this stage there is no point in bringing out the 1080Ti's. Nvidia might as well just wait until march/april and bring out the 11 series cards. They literally have no competition for the top tier 10 series cards.

The price is just an estimate guys, says so in that list.
