Considering the active player base, I am not sure if I should be surprised on how little content they are adding or surprised by the fact they are adding any content at all.

After 8 months, this is it? They should just called it Zero Content. But guess were they put most of their effort. On microtransactions. There's a ton of new stuff to buy on the ingame store.

Will this update work for Standard Edition owners, or will i have to pay to upgrade to Gold or Ultimate Edition? Play it daily, so kinda concerned

Well don't know if i did buy the season 1 pass, i guess i'll find out soon if did or not. If not i guess i'll buy an updated edition if no option to just buy the season 1 pass

You don't need the season pass to get the new map, 2 new op skins, a marksman rifle, a crossbow and a smoke bomb.
