This is a bit overpriced IMHO. I can buy something like a crucial MX500 2TB with some usb3 enclosure for similar performance/endurance for much less money.

That's a ripoff. Guarantee a seagate is not half as good as an samsung 860 evo, which is cheaper. You can get a Micron 2tb for 300(or less) plus USB drive bay for half the price as their 2tb option.

I have been using a recertified 1th HDD for over a year now with the xbox, cost me £18, and i just bought a second 2tb recertified one yesterday for £36, so if you don't mind i will just wait those 4 seconds more and stick with these HDD's for the present. lol

4 seconds may add many times during a year of playing games. And some games do load allot, wile others at least avoid it or manage it on the background. That said, it's a fucking ripoff when you know 500GB costs +/-115€.

500g 115 to 150 official disk is not a ripoff. Is the normal overhead price of those things. I bought a samsung 860evo 1TB and i paid 240 more or less. With a proper bay i would have go to 255. From there to 300 there is no so much ripoff. Is just a bit more expensive.

Gotta pay for that branding! I still have the OG 500gb Xbox One and haven't used all the space on it yet.

Its for rich people and they dont care, for normal people would be good buy 256 for 512 GB and move games which are currently playing/ not playing between drives.

256-512GB is barely nothing. Got myself an 8TB HDD for my Xbox One, bit overkill but at least I won't need to move and reinstall any games for quite a while.
