Same PCB than WX 6400 (also made by Sapphire for AMD)...
I will not talk about the GPU.
Even pro try to get the previous gen entry because of the lack of some video decoder on this one...

In a world where the low profile 1650 exists, how is this card a thing? 4X4 interface, 64bit memory bus, lots of decoding disabled.....
In the SFF world people literally upgraded their 1650 GDDR5 to the 1650 GDDR6 version so if this card was actually better, they could sell it.
If this was PCIe 16X on gen 3 or 4 (only the 16X matters here), 128 bit memory and had the decoding enabled, the SFF fans would buy as many cards as they could make.

I realise this is a enthusiasts forum, but there are computers out there lacking a GPU and that's why this card exists.
Yesterday a friend of mine just called and asked me a favour to give him whatever low GPU I have laying around.
What do you know, I had a old low profile Radeon X300 FirePro. Suited him fine to have video output to a machine who vent haywire and wouldn't accept any remote connection.
Does that justify it? Yes and no.

These things are like $300 where I am... they should be about $150 at the most in my opinion..
