Sharp looking little card. And hey! Hello there, Mr. 8-pin connector. You're a rockstar now!

2nd image thumbnail is pretty confusing by lines concealing real shape. One has to open it and then enjoy what was there. 3rd image (just for fun):

Eagerly awaiting you reviewing this card boss. This may be the card I suggest the most to friends with limited upgrade budget.

This video card is pornographic and I want it.

1317Mhz on max boost, seriously???? a whole 51Mhz over the reference card? That seems really poor to me, glad I didn't wait before ordering the reference model from Amazon.

Well, beyond a non impressive OC the card may: 1. Not draw too much power via board. 2. Run cooler than the reference. 3. Run quieter than the reference. OC or none, I think most, if not all AIB solutions will thrash the reference in various aspects of its short-commings and provide a hopefully more well-rounded experience. Long term of course I hope to see more than 50ish mhz increases as well.

Very pleased to see that the first 3rd party board I've seen has DVI. Hope this is something most of the board partners will adopt.

Of course but at the end of the day 50mhz is what 3-8 fps increase? If you're not planning to push the card and sound isn't an issue (closed case and/or headset for example) I think the price increase isn't worth it. I'd probably consider a replacement fan at some point in the future when an off the shelf replacement is available, think it's common for most cards to get them these days? If it's powered independent of the card's two power sources would take a little draw from the board for those concerned by it.

Aha that I had forgotten, for me it's not an issue as I used HDMI to get sound from my monitor but I know it's a big issue for many people the lack of DVI.

OC it yourself? That's what enthusiasts do, isn't it? 😛

DVI(FCAT testing), 8 pin, shorter board, probably cooler and quieter. Let's wait those benchs,

dat 8 pin

shorter board,
THIS. I'm currently on a Gigabyte R9 390 because that is the shortest powerhouse except the ludacrisly expensive ITX solutions. I can only house ~25cm in my chassis.

That is one sexy mofo right there.

This looks like a nice one. I'm eagerly awaiting for reviews. It also seems to have a longer PCB (better power delivery), and a dual bios switch. Oh yeah baby.
