Samsungs TN panels are comparable with Asus ips screens.
This. Comparable and even better. I used to own a Samsung 120hz TN monitor and the color is amazing. No IPS in the range of $800 could hold a candle to it. Blacks are deepest with no bleeding or glowing. Blacks on IPS, on the other hand, sucks big time not to mention the horrid 'IPS glow' that plagues almost every single IPS monitor I come across. Samsung proves to me that the statement 'IPS has better color than TN' is absolutely bullsh*t.
