Completely disagree. On TV's it will fade, but on monitors I don't think it will. Especially on Ultrawide screens it definitely adds a lot.

I don't see why anyone would want a curved monitor, especially if you're playing games with it. 3D projection in games assumes that you have a flat screen, that's why the image is projected onto a flat surface too. With a curved screen you'll just distort the image even more.
