Good that they delayed. Not interested in foldable phones though. I can feel the need of a foldable TV more than this gimmick POS to be honest.

What they probably have needed to do was make the fold in the "U" shape, so instead of a sharp fold which is going to fail quickly they would just have a gradual bend and it would make it only slightly thicker. However, as this had already a release date for 26th they must have at least thousands of these manufactured, so they can't really do anything with them without it costing millions.

Fold is "U" shaped. That's why phone is so thick and fold area so weird. We were checking it in details. Looked pretty awkward. And not good enough. Would be better to have 2 separate screens close enough.

I haven't seen it in person, but from the photo it looked like the fold is sharp, especially here where the middle has a sharp fold mark. But if the fold is "U" shaped and it there is still such problem, maybe that technology just isn't ready yet. I also agree that phone is super thick, definitely didn't look like something I'd want to carry in my pocket. Two separate screens could work, but maybe they weren't able to make it look seamless and there would be much criticism about it.
