C32HG70 i keep an eye out on that one. No more crappy asus or acer fake quality panels for me. And i really dont care for G-sync. I had one before the Asus Asus ROG Swift PG279Q with G-sync to tell u the truth i did not noticed the changings with gsync or vsync on. And besides that the screen quality was terrible compared to my full HD from samsung what i have now. Be smart folk dont buy Asus or Acer in the future, go for samsung u wont regret it. And i take VA panels anytime over IPS or TN panels. VA panels got the sharpnes of TN panels, and the colors of the IPS. Black is real on VA panels not greasy dike black with yellow glow stuff in it like IPS glow.

Now if it was only made in a less weird aspect ratio, with the same specs, that would be great. EDIT: Didn't see the smaller models, these look great!

This might be the monitor I am looking for (27" one) 1. Freesync2/HDR - Check 2. 144Hz - Check 3. Low response time - Check 4. NOT TN - Check 5. Wide viewing angle - Check 6. 2560x1440 resolution - Check Does anyone know what is the freesync range on this one?

This is also the monitor i´m looking for! The problem is that i don´t want to fork 700€ for it!:bang: Why can´t they make good monitors at decent prices...

Specs: 144 Hz, HDR, Freesync 2, 1440p,.... 27' model could be a little expensive depending on your needs but has good specs. 799 euros for the 32' model is a fair price for those specs.

Damn it, why can't this have G-Sync... I'm tired of paying $2000 for Asus crap.

The 32 inch one looks tempting.

3,840 x 1,080 what is that like a super ultra wide 1080p screen. wheres the true 4k ultra wide res at what would it be? 5120 x 2160?

Nice to see that they're matte bezel instead of glossy too. If the 27/32" models are priced right and don't have any nasty issues I'm sure they'll sell easily. Edit: Seems they're all curved :\.

finally the free sync monitors i have been waiting for pre ordered the 32" on newegg, though i really would love the big guy, but price is too steep for me at this time hoping curve on the 32" will not be a negative any thoughts on that would be appreciated

49" 3,840×1,080 hmm.. sounds like 2x 24" 1080p monitors glued together. Not very appealing if you ask me.

Yup. And curved so nothing is properly rectangular. Bleh!

Need a 32" 4k model. 😕 Not bothered if its free or g-sync can always sell current card and go amd.

And here i thought they were just starting introduce 21:9 as a common aspect ratio, when BAM we get this! 🙂

32:9? Watching a movie on that is gonna be like looking through a goldfish bowl.

What is needed here is 4K model 40 inch will all specs from 3 above models and under 1000 euro tag, but also 32 inch model is perfect for majority of people with gtx 980Ti, 1070 and above 🙂
Not going to happen anytime soon. ATM, we have to settle for prioritizing which aspects or features we prefer. I've settled on 40" 4k with 21:9 custom res (3840x1620) with 60hz and no freesync/gsync. In a couple years things should start to look better, but for now its a matter of compromises.

Why? If you watch the movie in its correct aspect ratio, it would just have vertical black bars like watching 4:3 content on a 16:9 monitor.

Looks like a winner. No word on Aussie availability of the c32hg70? Seems to be available, or pre-order at least only in Europe and USA with no one willing to ship down here.

21:9 will never be a common physical aspect ratio
