AGESA Version Orochi PIV 1.5.0.0 that's mine currently so how do you suddenly go backwards in version number wouldn't it be less confusing for everyone to say maybe go a version higher like 2.0.0.1 or something like that

My Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K7 already has 1004a (since 10.04.)

This update was released March 21st this is a little confusing to headline it now on April 24th.

A new bios with AGESA 1.0.0.4a was posted on MSI website April 11, updating my Carbon Pro and I have seen significant improvement to boot times and can also now use my 3200 ram at 3200 with the correct timings.

That's his point, and i kinda get it. Ryzen released with AGESA code 1.0.0.0 Yet, previous AMD processors had AGESA codes higher then that, i've seen AGESA codes in the 3.x.x.x It's really not a huge problem, but it leaves the question of: Why? Why not have it be AGESA 1.x.x.x for a generation of cpu/chipset, then the next be 2.x.x.x, etc.? It just gets confusing when trying to find out information about AGESA updates and you look for 1.0.0.4, see there's 1.5.0.0 and thing "oh, that must be newer, let me go see what thats about...wait this was...released in 2011?...what? and 1.0.0.4 was released in 2017? ....what?"

I updated to 1.0.0.4 and see no performance upgrade. I downloaded the drivers from here and ran the complete process but seems like it was all marketing gimmick.
