So...as expected...can't resist making a comparison between them and intel anniversary edition: intel giveaway 8086 cpu's ---> amd:nada, 300Mhz+ normal and turbo boost speed intel 8086K ---> amd:nada...Let's hope that the much waited second Christ coming zen2 architecture will not be a disappointment(not necessary performance but price since they have history of being greedy from the athlon 64 times -no different than intel here) because if AMD is good at something is the waiting game: "just wait for our next product - it will rock!"- and then bummer or expensive...it is clear that they have employed a big marketing firm to make a very aggressive online campaign for them - let's hope that it is not all marketing and let's hope that intel will have an answer because otherwise in a couple of month we will be cursing the price/performance ratio of amd instead...

A laser engraved signature is not worth it for me. They should at least have binned some top silicon and add another 100mhz to the boost/turbo.

It could be nice if they included a dummy CPU just like the Vega 7 and Threadripper review samples, but i am afraid they will be used to scam people on Ebay, leading to a lot of bad reputation.

I wish they would have waited until Zen2 to put out an anniversary chip. A high frequency binned 8-core on the 7nm process would have sold like wildfire.

This is just as stupid, or even more stupid than intels commemorative chip! I can't believe people would even consider this just because it's got some lady's name engraved on it.

In before Intel pulls a special edition of their latest iteration of i9xxxxx signed by their long gone CEO, and the signature is on 14 nm+++. 😀
