Yeah, a nice mouse and a worthy effort. I am sure I would be pleased to own one. But its hard not to overlook the G502 (wired or not) and some retailers do very good deals on them.

I don't understand who's idea it is to release a mouse with a 3360 at 73g in weight at $70 this late. People expect a high end custom solution or at least a standard 3390, and way less than 73g unless it's a huge mouse. The Viper Ultimate + dock for Americans is $60 on Amazon right now, and I can easily recommend that for just about anyone. I missed the worst detail of them all: Chinese Omron 60s. MSI can fuck right off with that. That's not just bad, that's insulting. Chinese Omron 60s are them saying you're literally retarded. For anyone unfamiliar, those are the worst of the worst, and are not made to modern specs/voltage so they fail/die/double click all the time. I had at least 4 Logitech mice with Omron 60s that failed in under 1 year. They fail so much that in the GPX Superlight they use Chinese Omron 20s instead, yes the ones rated for 1/3rd as many clicks, because those don't die as easily from being the wrong voltage by a crap-ton, they're just moderately wrong. They suck so badly that I desoldered them out of my GPX and installed Kailh 8.0s myself despite how annoying it was.

I got G305 for 30€ a month ago and it's amazing bang for buck.

I bought a gm30 after my last Corsair m65 elite in white failed...2 days later I ordered a new elite...the gm30 was that good(sarcasm), theres a reason why you can get the gm30 for around £30.

In my defense (as I'm the author of a review). I didn't have any experience with the GM30 series. I didn't have longer "life" with Omron 60s. I usually get the samples for the reviews 1, 2, or 4 weeks before the NDA, and it's not a long enough time to check the reliability. So overall - these are impressions "as it is, at the moment," not the long-term check. If we (Hilbert and I) had such reviews, 24 hours a day would be too short to cover all the gear/hardware we receive.
