Can anyone calm down the laptop industry?
This is getting ridiculous lol!
However i have to say this looks cool, although i don't see the point of this honestly

That's a ridiculous machine lol. However, I do like it. Needs sli GTX1080, though.

They should choose x3 1080p screens for this laptop, at least a GTX 1080 then has a better chance of powering the pixels! At the moment 11,520 x 2160 pixels is just a crazy figure to try & power!

I think we all just miss a point. Razer gives us an incredible opportunity to enjoy any game at a relaxing pace of 10-15 fps.

Featuring 3 times less battery lifetime, now you only need to get in windows before
you need to plug it in the ac

I'm actually really impressed by this. As Taylor Swift says (who'd think she'd know anything about the IT industry 🙂), it would make an awesome mobile workstation.
And those UHD monitors CAN be run at 1080p...

You better be bloody $Rich$ as it will set back 9k USD

My comment I posted on the youtube quick review from Linus.
Looks cool, but is a very niche market. Laptops usually are picked for portability and a low impact on space, this sucker needs more than a table just to use it. It practically needs a bar!
I don't see it selling. $4000 laptops that are 21" would sell before this would.

I mean cool I guess but who is going to buy this? Not people short on desk space, and not people who travel a lot because I'm sure this weighs a ton. If you fit in to neither of those categories, why not buy a proper gaming desktop with a triple monitor set up.
Not only that but you'd look like an idiot using this in public.

I see two possible use but none of them is related to gaming
1) trading/finance where they need a lot of info at the same time
2) virtual deejaying or electronic music instruments filters and stuff

Good for use on a plane if you dont mind buying three seats.

This looks rather interesting for multi-monitor work during travels.
As for gaming, the GPU they are using just isn't strong enough to drive all these monitors (barely one), so not sure if it makes much sense in that regard right now.

This would be fantastic for my job! I do networking, audio/video, surveillance and home automation. I spend plenty of time in front of my laptop in homes and businesses setting things up and programming automation controllers plus various other things.
I've been spoiled by triple monitors at home for a long time and I find myself frustrated being constrained to just one while on the job ALL THE TIME. I don't need a dedicated GPU or 4k screens (1080 would be fine), but if something like this was available with 8-16GB of ram and just an i7 or a good i5 with a good sized SSD and at a reasonable price it would be absolutely PERFECT!
I'm not concerned with battery life or anything since 95% of the time I'm plugged into power anyways. Somebody needs to take note.. I would buy one in a heartbeat.

check out Battlefield 1 at 2:55.
OK, this isn't going to output high fps, but, it looks passably playable.

I can just see the cheap plastic arms, slides and woefully under designed hinges. All just waiting for some poor innocent bystander to brush against the screen like in the last picture.

Speaking of Valerie, looks like it's gone missing.
