These prices are crazy. 629€ in Finland for 6600. Friend paid 450 for his 5700xt two years ago.

Hilbert, with respect, I can't agree with your contention that the RX 6600 should be just $229 USD. I mean, that would be great, but, I think not very realistic. That was the launch price of the two year-old GTX 1660 Super, if I'm not mistaken. While the RX 6600 most definitely has some shortcomings, it clearly outperforms the 1660S, and similarly-priced cards from back then. It also must be remembered that, sadly, two-hundred and twenty-nine 2021-era dollar bills are not what they were worth just two years ago, either. In the forthcoming 2021 World Book Encyclopedia, next to the entry marked, "The New Normal" I'm pretty sure there will be an image of the $330 RX 6600. I think it will be a woodcut.

This $300 video card is $600 for me.... will wait for prices to go back to normal. Heck even the RX 580 that I wanted at the start of the year that was sub $300 is still currently $600... The prices are fucked...
