In neighbourhood we have:
LDLC a major retailer in France from 299.95 Euro (Sapphire Pulse RX 6500 XT Gaming (?!?!) ) to 399.95 Euro (Asus TUF RX 6500 XT O4G Gaming (this one too lol) maybe aviable next week.
Cybertek, the outsider in France from 210 Euro (Gigabyte RX 6500 XT Eagle, in stock next week) to 349.99 Euro (Powercolor RX 6500 XT Fighter, already in stock and aviable).
I haven't found one or a price on spanish side.
Anyway with local miner that stop mining due to cost vs benefit conditions we have other option for GPU.
I already mentioned it in the review thread, but over here I see Asus TUF OC for 369 euros and Asus Dual OC for 329 euros. If memory serves, 369€ is about what I paid for my Sapphire Nitro 390 many years ago. Of course R9 390 was upper mainstream, while this 6500 XT is an entry level gaming card. Miners are really the heroes of today, let's all sing their praises!
£225 on Overclockers currently (no stock arrived elsewhere yet). I think the price is supposed to be £175 when I convert $199 to £ and then add 20% tax.
Other cards available are the 1050 Ti for £210 and then the next card available is the 1650 at £260
Portugal, on of the most famous store:
Asus Dual Radeon RX 6500 XT - 289.90€
Asus TUF Gaming Radeon RX 6500 XT - 325.90€
Whent from both available to sold out yesterday.
1650 non super got a same hate as this card. It was a joke as well.
not this much of a joke
it had full x16 connection,it didn't require you to upgrade cpu and mobo
it had a full 128-bit interface and a better media codec support than 6500xt,with a $150msrp

Yes but it had only 4gb vram an performance was subpar failing to come any close to 1060. Still you are right the 6500xt still takes the cake.

1650 is a perfect HTPC or mini-ITX card that plenty of people are hoping for a replacement
Heck you can even put the 1650 into office DELL PCs for dirt cheap PC gaming

1650 - new generation,no progress
6500xt - new generation,a step back in performance. let's hope this never repeat, but I wouldn't put it past amd.they proved they're highly incompetent.intel and nvidia must be pissing their pants laughing at this card.best thing they can do is just crush it now and show the consumer how bad it was in the best way possible - by presenting better products.

Over here 1650 is only marginally less expensive than 6500 XT. Considering the performance, 1650 is even more lacking. Of course if in your parts 1650 is much cheaper, the situation is different.

I think NV still hold that crown with the FX 5000 series (broken features, poor performance, mismatched and mislabelled SKUs) but this card is certainly up there, AMD fans can't buy this card because the relevant AMD parts don't exist to pair with it (budget PCIE4 enabled CPUs), you have to buy from Intel in that regard, pretty sure this is something AMD doesn't want to happen....
If pricing was set correctly, this card probably would have received praise but instead, we're seeing the status quo being maintained of performance/$ stagnation.
