I've heard that (460=550) won't be the case and that the 550 is a new (P12) chip.

More efficient fabrication process (even if just slightly) So less power draw and higher clocks. Slightly lower price and more availability would be great too, here in Portugal a RX480 started at 315€ :bang: I hope the RX570 price doesn't fail hard from expectations...

Which one? You can't have it both. I'd assume AMD keeps the same TDP as 400 series and then jacks up the clockrate, courtesy to the refined stepping.
