TPU - and Hilbert -, are putting a high degree of confidence the AMD HD7990 prices will drop " tremendously", when all they have to back it up is a single deal from a single online shop. Do they know something we don't? Something leek from AMD itself?

Well that definitely is a no brainer. If I did get one, I'd go with the PowerCooler Devil. it has a custom PCB plus EK makes a full cover block for it. So that's a double win considering my X79 rig is water cooled.

2x 680 FTW+ I've use PowerCooler in the past, just not anything custom. I was looking PCB for the Devil and it looks pretty sold.

I would not bother gpu strength wise, unless you want to try something new. You could sell them ftw the games you dont want and probably turn a little profit
