Meanwhile 2070 super costs 520$ for a custom version

So the same price as reference model. Not bad. Looking forward for reviews, this one might be my next video card. Got bored of medium settings... and reviving half-broken GTX970.

Well, while he wrote $520, card linked goes for $500. Not really difference I worth fighting over. At least they have game bundle which may or may not be valuable to some people.
I see €571,94 here. Super is DOA! lol.

@Aura89 may be in the US but EU prices are insane on these super cards. Cheapest as i said is the asus armor/dual the crapiest version cost 520Eur. 5700xt on the other hand costs 499Eur indeed.

Switching area to Germany (top-right corner) resulted in 557 Euro. Still I think that $20 up or down is not important.

In Australia the prices are just ridiculous.... also the 2080 ti's are basically all 2000 dollars, it's the 2080's that should be at 1000 dollars, all the mining just shifted video card prices to be completely out of whack and now it's like no one wants to normalize the prices. https://i.imgur.com/m0cl3r8.png

Thought the 5700 xt was more in line with a 2060 super... According to the gpu shoot out

Maybe the 2070 supers price is more of an indication of what 5800 xt may cost/perform like, purely a guess of course

The prices in your screenshot aren't really that different from the prices over here in Finland, unfortunately, converted into euros. It'll be interesting to see the local prices of the custom models of 5700 and 5700 XT.

What shootout? Every custom 5700xt will be able to hit this 2.1ghz. At that point its fast as 2070S for 100$ less. Steve even had the balls to compare to stock 2080. [youtube=xYFB3Z0RpLU]

It was more the point of him stating a custom super costs more then base MSRP, whereas this custom 5700 XT doesn't. At least, that's what i took from the message.

Another australian complaining about prices and not even understanding their own situation, yay!

So you weren't saying the super was above MSRP whereas this one isn't? I'm a little confused though, there shouldn't be a 21 euro difference between the cards, that puts the 520 euro card you found at a bid advantage, MSRP comparison wise, to the 5700 XT. Either way if you weren't trying to say that the cheapest 2070 super card wasn't base MSRP whereas the 5700 XT was, then my bad.

Interesting. I thought all custom cards would be at least 540$. If it's a good card it will make my choice between a 5700XT and a 2070 Super easier.

How do we know that starting price they are showing isn't including a reference model with their name on the box like the ones already here?

The guru3d gpu shoot out, it puts the 2060 super neck and neck with the 5700xt

G3D’s GPU shootout is using Timespy that favors Nvidia hardware.
