Honestly, I know people like to rag on Powercolor gpus but I have only had the best of luck with them. Starting with my R9 290X and now my RX 480 Red Devil modded to a RX 580 Red Devil. Also it seems that the last driver update did the usual AMD magic or it might of been also the new windows 10 insider build 17040 that just came out. I was testing my PC yesterday after these updates and having just received my RMA replacement Ryzen 1700X and noticed a huge jump in 3dmark firestike and other benchmarks. Yes my GPU is quite overclocked, tweeaked with bios modding and using an old AIO cpu cooler I had but still that was a huge jump in performance.

Here is my firestrike comparsion with the new RMA 1700X, my original 1700X (week 07) and my last run with the i5 6600k

Still plugging away with my FuryX's. Couple more years before I'll upgrade. I've had Powercolor before I never had an issue. Nice looking card, but i would end up tearing it apart and going with a water block.

What is it with the custom Vega cards and 3s anyway. 3 8-pin connectors, 3 BIOSes, 3 fans - Half-Life 3 confirmed? π
Joking aside, really looking forward to seeing V56 custom cards. Although given the snail-on-sleep-pills speed with which the Vega custom cards are coming out, I'm expecting custom V56s in Jan-Feb 2018.

Update from WhyCry at Videocardz:
"Just got an update from PowerColor. The clocks are correct, but pricing is 'complete nonsense' = it's going to be cheaper."
