Yes, but you have both OC bios AND no light switch on Powercolor GPU board... also exept the "fighter" line of board that are really cheap in the wrong way, all other are good quality and fine in price (a brand to follow).

what a looker! the Hellhound series has the best aib cooling below the halo cards and it's barely above msrp of reference it's still too much but a way better deal than the white 4070ti

What do you mean? It has both a BIOS selector and an LED on/off switch.
