I like the cover on this card, it looks to be a sturdy build using metal instead of plastic. Which I guess is expected since it would otherwise be flimsy/fragile.

That Asus does indeed go above 90c in silent mode at stock. I'm not sure how Hilbert tests the temperature, you can easily 5c-10c if he uses open air situation for testing temperatures.

When oc'ing a GPU you don't generally set a slow fan profile. People make way too much fuss out of the "silent" mode option. The card is next to inaudible with the settings used in Hilberts review, and maxed out at 77c. It's borderline dishonest to claim the cards are hot, which is all this is. It's been proven wrong time and again, even with jury rigged 7970 coolers.
