ASUS design...
Lawsuit anyone?

It looks a bit like the style and colors of the DC models of theirs now that you mentioned it although theirs I believe is triple-slot and this is dual.

Yep, Asus design. But if i were Asus i wouldn't lift a finger.

It's hardly an Asus design. The only similarities are the color scheme of the shroud.

I bought this card a day after this news was released. I have not found a review on this card yet so here is a mini review of the card just on the cooling performance comparing it with sapphire dual-x 280x.
I ran both cards separately with litecoin mining, the max temperature readings I got with the powercolor was 88C and the sapphire was 77C which is more than 10C difference. I set the same fan curve for both cards with msi afterburner. The air that comes out of the exhaust of the powercolor card was very little while the sapphire pushed a lot of air out of the exhaust and also at the front of the card. The sapphire card clearly has a better cooling design.
I believe the temperature difference would not be this much with gaming because both cards constantly runs at boost frequency when mining but still, 10C difference is a lot.
